Princeton TMX is committed to keeping your data secure. Princeton TMX utilizes Amazon Web Services (AWS) for hosting, which is known for excellent security. Additionally, as part of our service terms with AWS, Princeton TMX is compliant under the AWS GDPR Data Processing Addendum.
Princeton TMX, for the purposes of managing user account information within the Transportation Management Solution (TMS), collects the user’s name and the user’s email address. This information is solely used for user management and recordkeeping within TMS.
This information is kept secure within AWS, and is never shared with any person, entity, or third party for any reason.
Users of Princeton TMX software have the ability to see their information (name and email address) and have the ability to contact Princeton TMX if a correction is needed.

- Include the physical address of our business or site headquarters.
- Monitor third-party email marketing services for compliance, if one is used.

Transportation Management Solution Mobile App for Drivers
The Princeton TMX Mobile App for Drivers (“PTMX On-board”) collects location data only when a user opts in. The user has the ability to opt out at any time. The location data is used for the purpose of tracking shipments while in transit and capturing pickup/delivery locations and times. This data is retained within the Princeton TMX secure instances of Amazon Web Services. This data is only accessible by approved users of Princeton TMX software, and will never be shared, sold, or used in any manner other than previously described. This data is retained for a period of five years.
The Princeton TMX Driver Mobile App for Drivers (“PTMX On-board”) utilizes a user’s camera only when a user opts in. The user has the ability to opt out at any time. The camera is used to scan a QR code and associate a specific shipment to the app. The camera is also used to capture documents relevant to the shipment. This data is retained within the Princeton TMX secure instances of Amazon Web Services. This data is only accessible by approved users of Princeton TMX software, and will never be shared, sold, or used in any manner other than previously described. This data is retained for a period of five years.
