Princeton TMX Appoints Carole Smets as Chief Customer Officer to Lead Implementation and Customer Success Teams

Princeton TMX, a leading multi-modal transportation management system (TMS) provider, is proud to announce the addition of Carole Smets as Chief Customer Officer (CCO). Smets will oversee Princeton TMX’s implementation and customer success teams, reporting directly to CEO Mark McEntire.

With a focus on helping shippers optimize their operations, Princeton TMX’s multi-modal TMS provides intuitive tools to simplify transportation processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs. In her new role, Smets will drive Princeton TMX’s commitment to customer-obsessed excellence by ensuring seamless system integrations, comprehensive training programs, and ongoing optimization of the platform for all customers.

Smets brings extensive experience in operational leadership across a variety of industries. Her expertise lies in designing and implementing scalable processes, managing cross-functional teams, and creating strategies that drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
